Skinage HAIR BOOST combines solubilized Cynatine® HNS keratin, B complex vitamins, and zinc to enhance hair strength and beauty.
Keratin is the primary structural component of hair and nails, making up 80% of their chemical composition. It’s formed from amino acids arranged in alpha helices, with cysteine being the most prevalent. Cysteine molecules contain thiol groups that allow them to bond through disulfide connections, forming cystine. These cross-links between keratin chains vary by hair type; the more connections, the stronger and more resilient the hair is against mechanical, thermal, and chemical damage.
